My Background
From a young age, my fascination with construction and interior design led me to obtain my real estate license at the age of 18. This marked the beginning of my professional career, ultimately leading me to work for a new construction home builder, where I acquired essential knowledge of the intricacies of the industry. My career path has also encompassed roles in the furniture and interior design industries, providing me with valuable opportunities to expand my professional expertise in those areas.
In addition, my professional experience includes new construction sales and real estate staging. I have been engaged by clients to provide design expertise for new construction homes, offering comprehensive guidance in selecting and finalizing various elements, including finishes and other critical design choices. This role allowed me to leverage my extensive background and skill set to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of new properties.

My steadfast dedication to quality plays a pivotal role in each of my projects, further emphasized by my approach of constructing homes initially for personal use prior to offering them for sale. This approach ensures that every home adheres to my personal benchmarks of exemplary craftsmanship, design excellence, and aesthetic appeal, as they are built to the standards I would accept for my own residence.
My Methodolgy
Over the course of my career, I have performed a variety of roles including Estimator, Project Manager, Construction Supervisor, and Interior Designer. This diverse array of roles enables a multifaceted approach to my work, in line with my natural inclination towards active, hands-on participation. As a result, I am personally engaged in every stage of each project. I meticulously curate all elements, encompassing construction materials, finishes, colors, flooring, cabinets, furniture, accessories, artwork, lighting, and beyond, ensuring a cohesive and thoughtfully executed final product.
